Dream Companion AI Privacy Policy
A plain-language statement for the current static website. This must be reviewed again before accounts, analytics, AI models, payments, or storage are connected.

1. Current product status
Dream Companion AI is currently a static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript demonstration. The provided site does not create user accounts, send chat prompts to an AI model, process payments, generate images, provide voice calls, or intentionally store chat history on a server.
2. Information you choose to send
If you email us, the email provider processes your address, message, and attachments so we can respond. Do not send passwords, payment information, government identifiers, medical records, intimate images, confidential work, or personal data belonging to someone else.
3. On-page tool interactions
The chat tool adds typed text to the current page in your browser. The character creator and image-generator forms demonstrate controls. In the current code, these interactions do not submit the content to Dream Companion AI. Closing or refreshing the page may remove unsaved local state.
4. Hosting logs and third parties
A production web host may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamp, and security events. The operator must identify the chosen host and its retention before launch. This site does not currently embed third-party advertising, analytics, chat, or payment scripts in the supplied files.
5. Cookies and local storage
The current supplied JavaScript does not intentionally set cookies or use local storage for accounts or chat history. If analytics, authentication, preferences, or billing are added, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before deployment.
6. Future AI and account services
Before any live service launches, this policy must explain the service providers, data categories, purposes, legal bases where applicable, model-training choices, human review, international transfers, retention, chat history, memory, export, deletion, age controls, and user rights. No future feature description on this site overrides this policy.
7. Children
Dream Companion AI is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. The website is not directed to children.
8. Security
No internet service can promise absolute security. A production service should use appropriate transport security, access control, logging, incident response, and data minimization. Do not interpret the visual design as a security guarantee.
9. Your choices
You may avoid entering information in on-page forms, close the page, or contact us about an email you sent. Additional access, correction, export, objection, and deletion rights will depend on applicable law and the data systems actually deployed.
