Rules for adults exploring fictional character and interface concepts. Commercial terms require legal review before live services launch.

1. Scope
These terms apply to the current static Dream Companion AI website. The site demonstrates user-interface concepts and editorial content. It does not currently provide a live AI chat, account, subscription, image-generation, memory, or voice service.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. Do not use the site if adult fictional relationship or power-exchange themes are unlawful where you live.
3. Fictional characters
Characters, names, profiles, and dialogue examples are fictional concepts. They are not real people, conscious entities, professional advisers, employees, therapists, or financial dominants.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to impersonate or exploit a real person, create non-consensual intimate material, sexualize minors, facilitate abuse or illegal activity, obtain credentials or financial data, harass others, distribute malware, or interfere with the site.
5. No professional or emergency service
Content and generated-service concepts are for information, creativity, and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, safeguarding, or emergency advice. Contact qualified professionals and local emergency services when appropriate.
6. Intellectual property and images
Do not upload, copy, or generate content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Website assets may not be reused unless their license or ownership permits it. The project should retain provenance records for all published images.
7. Third-party payments
The current website does not offer a working checkout. Prices, recurring billing, refunds, cancellation, taxes, entitlements, and consumer rights must be defined in verified commercial terms before subscriptions launch.
8. Availability and accuracy
The website may change or contain errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect character consistency, factual AI output, persistent memory, or that planned features will launch.
9. Changes
Material changes should update the date above. A commercial launch requires terms that identify the legal operator, governing law, dispute process, consumer rights, and product-specific rules.
